The Soda Bread looks amazing. The omelette, I have to say, looks cooked too hard on the outside to be creamy delicious on the inside. Some brown, okay. But brown, not yellow omelette? Hmmm.
Ha, thanks for this comment! You're so right, Jarvis — it was definitely on the hard side, and certainly not creamy. But I found some beauty in the lack of perfection!
